Return Policy
If the customer wishes to return or upgrade the product or products within thirty (30) days from the date of receipt, a re-stocking fee of 20% will be assessed on the trade-in equipment, and the balance will be applied towards any equipment inventoried by VHR Motorsports. All original boxes, packaging, warranties, and instruction manuals must accompany the equipment, and it must appear in "NEW" condition, as determined by VHR Motorsports. Crankshafts are non-Returnable/non-Refundable unless defective. Shipping and Handling fees are not refundable.

Warranties/Guarantees
All product guarantees and warranties are provided by both VHR Motorsports and the manufacturers. This can also be verified by contacting either the manufacturers themselves or by contacting VHR Motorsports.

Limited Warranty
Merchandise is warranted against defects of material or workmanship. Any alterations, improper installation or improper use of products will void all warranty. Any crankshaft that has been balanced is not returnable. Inspect your order upon receipt and immediately contact VHR Motorsports if there are errors or defective parts. Any shipping/invoicing errors made must be corrected within 5 days after receiving the merchandise, if not, the merchandise is yours to keep. MAKE SURE YOU CHECK YOUR PARTS to ensure that what you received is what you ordered before altering or installing (misboxed items apply). Once the part has been altered or installed, all warranties against defects of material or workmanship are void and the parts are not returnable. All merchandise warranties are limited to replacing or repairing of the parts only. VHR Motorsports and the manufacturers will inspect all parts to determine if it is defective. Claims for damage, labor or towing will not be allowed.
