I have a 2000 toterhome that has 4 beds, full size shower, toilet, t.v., fridge, microwave, outside bbq hookup, captain's chair and sofa (one of the beds counts as sofa). The trailer is 48' long, roughly 11' inside height. Ther is a removable 2nd floor deck that can be used for storage of body parts, interior, wheels, tires or whatever. The height of the 2nd level is roughly 4' and is about 35' long. This second floor can be modified, or removed in a matter of minutes. Rear door is electric, side door is about 4' wide. Has aluminum diamond plate steps for entry into trailer on side, as well as to front part of trailer. The front of the trailer as floor to ceiling 3 sided metal framed shelves. Looking to lease this out to a race team for semi-annual use. I have a class A licence, and the rig is fully insured.
